Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the policy below.

1) Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With original tags/packaging (if applicable)

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused by us

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund (unless defective or required by law):

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Intimates or items that are hygienic in nature (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

4) How to Start a Return

Email us at ibellapopo@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return/exchange

  • The reason for return (and photos if the item is defective/damaged)

We will provide return instructions after we review your request.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged upon arrival), we will cover return shipping where applicable.

  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

7) Exchanges

If you request an exchange and the item is available, we will process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item.
